S22 One UI7 task switch bug

is it me or is some of you having this issue 🤔 where you open task switch and something you will find same apps showing 2 times and when you close one other doesnt closes unless you

 close all

true, even the battrey sometimes act wierd now, from 10% it goes to 5% in seconds, and once its charged from 15% to 41% in 2 min🤔
