S22+ Lock screen shortcuts dissappear automatically

Every now and then, the 2 app toggles at the bottom of lock screen on either sides, dissappear. 

I have to again go to lock screen settings, edit, and choose apps again. Its so annoying 🙄. I keep torch and camera handy with these, but having a terrible experience. 

Request for help, suggestions.

Just like to add, have locked the edit option in settings as well. Hold lock screen to edit option is disabled.

Not this kind of problem in my S22 plus. May be you have changed default icons. Reset it.
