I hv got a vertical thin line on my S22 (purchased oct 2023), service centre people are humbly declining to repair/replace it through "green line replacement" policy since it's not visibly green and its quite thin/slim wtever. Is anyone having the similar issue, and how should I go about it?

They are lying it is not the condition for free display replacement. Tell them to create a jobsheet and add some proofs make pdf files and send to samsung CEO. If you don't get satisfied answer contact cunsumer court.

Samsung offers free screen replacements for some Galaxy phones under specific circumstances, primarily related to a known green line display issue.

Conditions
(e.g., 3 years from purchase) and without physical or water damage.

Limited to certain models and regions, including the Galaxy S21 series, S21 FE, S22 Ultra, and extended to S23 as well due to the growing number of users facing the green line issue on their devices.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
