  • After the software update I received green line issue. Was shocked and made a 3 to 4 tweets but no reply from samsung.
  • Tried the customer care number, they just want us to visit the nearest service center 
  • When I visited the service center they accepted that it's due to software, but denying to repair it for free. Giving lame reasons like I have a small bump on my side panel etc. And asking me whopping 13-14k to repair the display.  Really a pathetic experience, didn't expected this from samsung.
  • Others plz do share yr experience.

Yes, they would deny repair if u have any kind of scratches or dent on ur phone....
I too had the greenline issue but there was not a single scratch or dent on my phone so I got a replacement at a discounted rate
