S21FE screen not responding sometimes.

I just purchased S21FE yesterday but i noticed that the display freeze for a second and doesn't respond sometimes.

This happens specifically whenever i try to drop the notification panel from top of the screen.

Don't know what is the issue.

Is it due to screen protector/tampered glass or there is any issue with the display?

This could be the display issue, you should 1st try to change the screen protector which I use and check if the problem occurs. Even after changing the protector, if the issue prevails you should go to the service center! I use Gadgetshieldz screen guard check it out!

Please follow the below steps, If the battery is non-removable:
Press the power and volume down key simultaneously for a few seconds.

Kindly check the space on your device: Path: Settings > Device Care >Storage

To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space. Request you to keep at least a ''minimum of 20% internal memory free''.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
