Last software update is NOT working on S22 ULTRA

Hello SAMSUNG!

I had the best cell phone ever: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, Model: SM-S908U1 after the last update (Android version: 13 / One UI version: 5.0), which was installed on November 12, 2022, at 08:39, the phone is a garbage!!!!

The software installed looks like never was tested, nothing is working like before. I use it every day for my work and University, but not now. The multiple problems are not related to the hardware, they are related to the update.

Below are some of the many issues:

  • Without warning the phone freezes, black screen showing a 00:00 at the left upper corner and showing the batt level ate the right.
  • The camera is not working like before, sometimes works and other times close without notice, and the pictures are corrupting.
  • The camera frequently is not responding.
  • Always the cell is not responding, thus I must force to reset it.
  • When I try to attach/open a picture taken seconds ago: “Sorry, the media file doesn’t exist on your internal storage”.
  • When I try to open a sticker for example on WhatsApp, the next message appears: “Download failed or The download was unable to complete. Please try again later”.
  • After taking a screenshot (volume down + power button) the next messages appears: “The file format is not supported”, “Couldn’t save the screenshot” / Media keeps stopping / android.process.media keeps stopping...
  • Sometimes I am unable to answer a phone call!!, the screen answer button does not response. 

And more, and more, and more!!!!

Please, I’ll appreciate an immediate solution.

Do a full factory reset immediately and update us please
