Remastering makes photos darker and reduces the camera quality

Has anyone notices this issue? When we try doing remaster, it reduces the megapixels from 108MP to 18MP which is a major fall.The picture quality is also reduced and it darkens the whole picture.@samsung should work on this issue.

Amongst all the virtual assistant we have including siri, alexa etc.BIXBY is the dumbest.99% of the time the response we get is-"I couldn't understand that"#samsung should improve this. Bixby is making devices dubm.
