S21FE Oneui 6.1 Worst Update

After updating to one ui 6.1 I was facing various issues. 

1. No notification categories.

2. No app is able to download/upload in backgroud. Even playstore requires app open to download apps else its just stop downloading.

3. I facing lagging issues while scolling youtube (don't if its youtube or update but i am using same version)

I have also performed factory reset still it is same.

Samsung fix it asap.
