In my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, Jio 5G works smoothly. However, when I download a large file of 2-3 GB, it automatically switches to Jio 4G, and it doesn't give me proper 5G for 1-2 minutes.
But when I'm not downloading anything, it gives me 5G for the whole day. I tested Jio 5G on another smartphone, the Oneplus Nord 2, and it worked smoothly, even when downloading large files.

Do any of you have a solution for this? I have already tried using a force 5G application, but it didn't work."

I have seen many people face thing problem with Jio 5G. Even I have faced it multiple times. It probably is an issue on the network operator's side.

It's possible that the issue you're experiencing with your Samsung Galaxy S21 FE could be due to network congestion or signal interference when downloading large files. However, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot and potentially fix the problem:

Check for software updates: Make sure that your phone is running the latest software version. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Reset network settings: Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings. This will reset all network settings, including Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth.

Disable battery optimization for Jio apps: Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > App power management > More options > Optimize battery usage. Then, select "All" from the drop-down menu and find the Jio apps. Turn off the battery optimization for the Jio apps.

Enable Developer options and Force 5G: Go to Settings > About phone > Software information > Build number. Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable Developer options. Then, go to Settings > Developer options > Mobile data always active > Toggle on. Then, find "Preferred network type" and set it to "5G only" or "5G/4G/3G/2G (auto connect)".

Contact Jio customer support: If the issue persists, it's best to reach out to Jio customer support for assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or escalate the issue if needed.

I hope one of these solutions works for you!
