Settings >Apps >Camera >Storage >Clear Data.
* Reset camera settings
Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.

Galaxy SHey brother, i am having the same issue got my phone 3 days back (exynos version) and just now found out this ... What have you done for the same? Also i find my s21 fe camera images not that sharp in night as that of my s20 fe 5g camera...in same
normal as well as night mode
