I have a galaxy s21 fe which suddenly was showing white lines out of nowhere.... The phone has no physical damage.... Took it to the official Samsung service center to get it fixed.... They assessed the phone completely and told they will fix it for free as it was under 3 years of purchase and told me to bring the phone next day with backup taken.... When the next day I came they told it can't be done for free as it has slight water damage... I have never had me phone anywhere near water or even rain.... plus they also removed my screen guard while assessing it on the first day and telling me it will get fixed for free and then told me no on the second day... it's been a few weeks since this happened...Help please...
