Screen issue in s22 ultra

This morning all of a sudden, my phone screen started displaying a white banner on top. It from the camera till the right edge. The entire right edge has these tiny lines and slight flickering. When I checked about this, I found out that its a known issue in s22 ultra devices which Samsung has acknowledged and is giving free screen replacement until September 2025. When I called up the customer care/repair center they refuse to give approval because its been more than 3 yrs since I punched the phone. This is unfair on my part because its not my fault that the screen showed issues after 3 years. Its just been 13 days more than the September 2025 deadline and yet they are refusing to fix it.

I want to escalate this issue.

No, this is a known defect in s22 ultra devices which is acknowledged by Samsung. They have extended the free display replacement until September 2025. But the customer care people are giving false excuses of out of warranty. Pls read my escalation email for the same.
