There are crooks in care

My phone's display broke from corner (1 year ago) and they said issue occurred due to damage and no dents to be on body.

How many peoples on earth whose mobile don't have a dents even after 3-4 years of use.

They said आपके फोन पर कोई भी गिरा हुआ निशान नहीं होना चाहिए 

Agar Line aani hoti to damage hone par kyu nhi aayi, update k baad hi kyu aayi.

I am satisfied with my phone's damage display but not satisfied with 4 lines in display.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
