What am i supposed to do now?

I badly want one ui 7 in my phone.Even a phone under 17000 got one ui 7 and maybe the update package has came to my phone also,but how am i supposed to install it.Because i have already gone through the trauma of the famous green line issue and if i update now and got a green line will you guys replace my screen again for free?I am stuck in my march security patch update,and i am scared to go further on my next updates

Dear samsung if you care about your customers do something regrading this green lines,at least acknowledge it by giving some hope to customers like oneplus did.Even brands which haven't officially announced anything about lifetime display warranty like oneplus (vivo,xiaomi,iqoo,etc...)are easily giving display replacement,then why can't a big brand like you do that?
You know that many customers have already become your ex customers and they're definitely not coming back for sure. Rest of the customers are already thinking about changing not only the phone but the brand itself and i am one of them,and i am not coming back once gone.

There is a thing called Goodwill and brandvalue. You guys are losing it not only in smartphone segment but the whole Samsung's goodwill is going down.The existing customers are already in fear of this green line issue and service then how are the future customers supposed to believe that if any other problem like this comes in future that he will get proper service and support?if someone asks me for an opinion about samsung sadly i will say a big No,i have to.

I have only one question Why isn't this so called greenline issues globally available?There isn't any mention of greenline issues in other countries(according to YouTube,google,and other sources) in this much of a bulk quantity like happening in india.Why only india?Why only cheap quality for india?are we not paying money?




anyway i know i am not gonna get anything from samsung official just like the whole india so i have planned to change mine and my family members phones

iphone is also same bro,my sister's iPhone's display suddenly turned fully green one day,and she had to pay for the display
