S21 Ultra super fast charging stopped working

Since the new update when I am charging it shows super fast charger connected for a sec and then goes to just "charging". It's taking more than 1 hour to fully charge. When I went to Samsung center they said Samsung have decided to do this on update for the better lasting battery life. Has any else facing this issue? Kindly share any solutions or information on this

Same here ,it's occurs d/t some Google messenger issue
Go to settings ->apps->messenger->select samsung messenger as defult

Slow charge is always better my friend. It reduces heat when charging the battery. So I won't complain on waiting for 10 mins more for getting the device fully charged.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

1. To increase the charging speed, turn the device or its screen off when you charge the battery. Please check if, Fast charging feature is activated. If the feature is not activated, launch the Settings app, tap Device care → Battery → Charging, and then tap the Fast charging switch to activate it. To use the fast charging feature, use a battery charger that supports Adaptive fast charging.

2. If the device heats up or the ambient air temperature rises, the charging speed may decrease automatically. This is a normal operating condition to prevent damage to the device. You can charge the battery more quickly while the device or its screen is turned off.

3. Check the USB cable is pushed tightly into the charger. It needs to be pushed all the way in. If not so, the fast charging features do not work and a very low capacity for charging will be supplied. Accordingly, the charging speed will decrease and the time to charge the battery fully will also take much longer.

4. If the issue has not been resolved then update the software in the device (if available). Menu>apps>settings>software update>install.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

This is actually **bleep**..
Samsung S23 also observed to have same issue..I have been behind service centre from past 15 days but they said the phone is ok..which is actually not.

I am also facing issue with s21fe charging.Its now taking more than 1hr 30 minutes which is very high as earlier it was fully charging in max 1Hr20 min.
