Same kind of problem I am facing after updating to one UI 6.1 in s21 fe Exynos version. Also the always on display customisation feature is removed. No option for AOD customisation.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. They did this to boost the s23 fe because the 21 fe has been hell of a phone , I got this when it was launched saw the price drop to 25 k yet this beats the **bleep** out of 60 70 k phones easily
23 fe has a bigger bezel thing
They just degraded this phone tbh and convinced me not to buy a samsung device
