I am currently experiencing charging issues with my Samsung S21 FE Snapdragon 888 model, which is only six months old. Upon visiting the service center, I was informed that the necessary charging port part is unavailable. Subsequent communication with customer support revealed that Samsung does not have the required part in stock, and they propose to compensate me based on the depreciation and condition of the mobile device. While the charging port cost is relatively low, I am concerned about the potential financial loss due to depreciation, as it may exceed the actual cost of the part.

Please advice to me how I can repair. Samsung not providing spare parts not even for 6 months old device

ask service center by when it will be avilable

ask what value they r providing

raise the issue with ceo
and X tagging samsung india.
don't forget to attach jobsheet.

They just provided me the job id and there is no any job sheet.

Yes, still I'm waiting for some updates and clarity from them. If I won't get then I'll do the same as you mentioned.
