S21 FE - call recording issue

in S21 FE, for some calls recordings occur, but for most of the calls it doesn't.

 I know wifi calls doesn't get recorded, so that's turned off already.

But still I am facing this issue, is there any solution for that ?

I can see wifi calling turned on for sim 2
And have you selected record 'All calls' inside record calls?

Reset your call settings or all settings and then turn on call recording if this solution doesn't work then reset your phone or call to customer care

Yes because for sim1 call recording is priority and for sim2 network is priority. And I am having issue with sim1 call recordings, sim2 is nit recording at all as expected.

Wifi calling is necessary for sim2. For sim1(for which I am expecting recording) it is turned off

Search "auto record calls" in settings and select that (don't just toggle, select that). You will find options to do the stuff.

I don't have record calls option in call settings or mobile settings. Why?
