Today at 10:40 am S21 Fe also got the April 2023 security patch and after that, you are going to witness really big improvements.

Yes, I am claiming it a little bit soon but the reality is before even during office hours battery had been draining drastically without that much use, but today I saw just 5% of the battery drain, even after so much browsing and curiosity about knowing what's update new!
I didn't check front camera flicker issue was fixed or not with the 5G network because 5G isn't available yet at my office location. But yes I got confirmation from Samsung support yesterday night that those issues are also fixed now.
My s21 fe 5g has been heating (even on idle ) after updating but i guess the phone is adjusting so I will wait for a day and if this issue appears , we will inform samsung
