S21 FE Green line issue after update.

Few days back I encountered a slight greenish white line on the right side of the screen of my S21 FE. It was barely visible and later after the recent update the line appeared bright and clear and wouldn't go after I restarted the phone. I looked up on the internet about the issue and found that many S21 FE users had the same issue.

I tried contacting the service centre and they were not ready to help as my device was out of service period. I carry my phone very carefully and have never dropped or made a scratch on the phone. Despite being an issue after the update how can they ask the users to spend 15k on screen replacement. 
I also went to Twitter and send out emails to top tier employees on Samsung leadership in India and received a call from a lady few days later. She said that the update is only for improving the performance of the device and if the issue has come after the update it must because the device is damaged. I have seen similar opinions on the internet communities also and if it's true i wonder how come Samsung sell flagship mobiles for 40k that's susceptible to firmware damage just few months after the warranty period.

 Despite the acknowledgement from Samsung about the issue they never mentioned screen replacement for S21 FE variant and that is just heartbreaking for any mobile owner. 
I am a proud Samsung user and believe necessary actions will be taken to address this issue.

Same happened to me. 2 lines in total. Samsung service center is asking around 13K for replacement as my phone is out of warranty period. They are looting us. That too for some stupid mistake they made on their updates. I used to proudly show my samsung S21 FE to all those iphone fanatics. Now everythings gone. Samsung is just another scammer in this country.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I got the same issue. Reached to Samsung in a way that I got a free replacement of screen and battery. Just paid for service charges.

First, try contacting the service center. If they don't help or ask for a large sum of money, simply register a complaint on the NCH app for assistance. For more details, refer to my latest community post.

My S21 also have green line after the 6.1 update of 2.3gb probably 

:(
