S21 FE Green Line Issue

Hey everyone, 
I recently got a green line on my Samsung S21FE after updating my phone software with a security update.

I contacted Samsung support and got information that I'm eligible for a free screen replacement as long as my phone is under three years of age.

But when I visited the service centre, they said that my phone needs to be with them for a minimum of two weeks for them to replace the screen. I was informed that no replacement phone would be provided. 

Is this common across all service centres? Is there any chance of having a phone for the duration of the service?

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

It depends on the availablity of device or service centers too.. We suggest you please Don't waste your time. Free replacement is valid till september 30 only. So submit your device to samsung care as early as possible otherwise samsung will charge for new display. You can also Give your family members phone number to contact if you have not other phone

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. The repair estimate time always confirmed by the service and the decision on whether an alternative mobile can be provided or not depends solely on the confirmation from service team end.

I had greenline issue. Service centre people told phone need to be with them for a minimum of two days. But got it within 24 hours. Location : Thrissur , Kerala. Had to pay labour cost Rs. 502 only
