Galaxy SHi, my S21 FE 5G (Exynos) seems to have a refresh rate bug. There are times when the refresh rate will drop way below 60Hz, causing huge lag and stutters in the animation across the entire UI. Usually, I have to restart the phone for it to be smooth again. However, after some time, the refresh rate will plummet again. I honestly do not know if this is software or hardware related. The phone is updated to the latest version and it also occurs even if all recent apps are cleared.
Does anyone else who owns a S21 FE 5G (Exynos) facing a similar issue?

Galaxy SHi, I faced the same issue. S21 FE Exynos.
Does anyone know how to report this bug?
I use this new phone for 7 days, and this bug is very annoying.

Galaxy SYeah it's very anoying. Even when navigating through UI, changing to different applications via window manager, from one app to the other, going to home, swiping down notification bar, etc. It's something that comes and goes whenever it wants, like the processor it's struggling with that basic stuff. And that camera lag it appears 50/50 of the times.
I hope they fix it. I bought one to my wife too either way because I think they will. Fingers crossed.
PLEASE SAMSUNG! Don't wanna go back to my iphone 11. I even bought myself a Galaxy Watch 4 classic to commit all the way!

Galaxy SYes, since Feb update, S21 Ultra (Exynos) has this bug too (See in XDA forums and Samsung forums). Unbelievable Samsung doesn’t fix this already. A workaround is disable “Aways on display” and “Aways on fingerprint”. This “solve” the bug temporally, until Samsung want to fix it.

Galaxy SWould agree to this. Refresh rate would drop very low causing a very laggy scrolling and swiping. I thought it was normal buy it occured many times a week.
I am new to the samsung ecosystem.
