Dear Samsung Community, I'm writing with a sense of urgency and frustration as my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G, just five months out of warranty, has developed a troubling white line on the screen without any physical damage. It's crucial to highlight that this issue emerged while I was using the phone under normal conditions, casting doubt on the device's durability. What adds to the distress is that most of my other devices are Samsung, and I bought this phone out of trust in the brand. However, the response from Samsung customer care, with a requirement for me to pay for a replacement, has been disheartening. This unexpected and seemingly spontaneous problem raises serious questions about the reliability of Samsung devices and the support provided post-warranty. As a dedicated Samsung user, I feel I'm losing trust in the brand due to this ordeal. Yes, mine is also only 2 months out of warranty and I got the same 2 lining like this on my Samsung galaxy S21 FE 5g phone.I have given my phone to service center for Job Sheet and they found no physical damage and no water damage but still Samsung team telling me to pay 15000 for the display. Now how can we trust Samsung premium Devices

Same issue. Warranty is over. Now the service center wants me to pay Rs.9100. But there is no physical or water damage. So Samsung has to replace it free of cost.

Same problem it's to me samsung s21 fe 5g, Same issue. Warranty is over. Now the service center wants me to pay Rs.9000. But there is no physical or water damage. So Samsung has to replace it free of cost. It's not a our problem it's a software problem. After software upgrading facing this problem.
