S21 Display Refresh Rate Problem

Have anyone face the refresh rate problem(or hz). Because my phone is not refreshing more than 60hz or 60fps. I noticed this since september update.

Note: I haven't enabled power saving mode. Neither i have set Motion Smoothness to Standard. And that fps measuring is GPUwatch from developer settings.

This thing shows GPU refresh rate not screen.

Turn Show refresh rate option from Developer mode and check.

Turn on safe mode and check there.

Some 3rd party app might be causing the issue.

Two things you can do, find that app and delete it or do a factory reset.

It is now refreshing at 120 now out of nowhere.

Fps and refresh rate are different things.
Fps means how many frames mobile's graphic card can render to the display. While refresh rate means how many times the display can refresh the stuff like image, scrolling animation, etc.
Just turn on the 'Show refresh rate' option in the developer settings to see real time screen refresh rate...
