S21 5G - dual sim calls

Hello people, 
I have recently added a dual sim to my phone, and ever since, i have been experiencing that there is no audio (incoming and outgoing call audio on both sims), however, the rest of the audio overall (music, whatsapp calls, and everything else) works just fine. 

Any solution for the same? 

I have disabled 5G, restarting my phone eliminates this issue, but will happen again within a day.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience. First try to use the SIM card on another device, or use another SIM card on the same device, to check if the issue from the SIM card or the device itself.

Then kindly try to reset the network settings, by following these steps, It will erase saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth connections.


Step 1: Swipe up or down to view the apps.

Step 2: Press Settings.

Step 3: Scroll to and touch General management.

Step 4: Press Reset.

Step 5: Press Reset network settings.

Step 6: Press Reset settings.


Then try to do a soft reset for the device by press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. This will Not delete any data from the device.

If the issue persists, please try to contact the Service Provider.
