I got a new S20FE 5G on 3rd April, 2021.  There's an issue with the screen where suddenly it will show a greenish pink static while using the phone and the screen will black out. When this happens the touch works fine because I can feel the buttons on the navigation bar, but the display won't show anything. To wake up the display I try to lock the phone by pressing the power button and after that to wake up the screen I have to wait anywhere from a few seconds to half a day, because the display doesn't respond at all at times. The issue also crops up at very random time frames such that it can run days at stretch without causing this issue or it just keeps on happening every 2 to 3 min or so.

PS : When this happens the phone stays switched on. And trying to force restart it can sometimes activate the screen, but it does not always work. I have tried wiping the cache partition as well as tried some other diagnostic steps.

In my case the problem got solved after a few days when Samsung provided an os update. I am not sure if it actually solved the issue or not but one thing I discovered is that this issue can occur mainly if the display connector on your phone is loosely held, but in your case the probability of that happening is pretty less as you have already replaced the display. I would say if you haven't done it already, get your phone updated to the latest.
