S20FE False touch in lock screen

While mobile is locked and kept in pocket , false touch happens without my knowledge against thigh muscle and when I take mobile out of pocket there I can see 10 to 20 random numbers typed already in dialpad. Accidental touch protection option is already enabled . If anyone knows solution for this issue, please help me.

Turn off - Double tap to turn on screen , would give you the fix I guess

Some proximity sensor issue.

Yes proximity scope only, but they were giving **bleep** solutions like checking display diagnostics when I called samsung customer care.

I raised direct question while they have given this solution , but they manage to convince me. I don't know whether this can have some software bug fix by some change.

It doesn't have proximity sensor but less accurate virtual proximity sensing is there

Almost found the solution for my issue , Need to turn off double tap to turn on the screen. So I won't let emergency call option to get activated which creates an issue for me.
