S20FE False touch in lock screen

While mobile is locked and kept in pocket , false touch happens without my knowledge against thigh muscle and when I take mobile out of pocket there I can see 10 to 20 random numbers typed already in dialpad. Accidental touch protection option is already enabled . If anyone knows solution for this issue, please help me.

Since you probably keep your phone in your pocket or bag most of the time, you should turn on Accidental touch protection. This will prevent any accidental screen touches while your phone’s stashed away.

From Settings, search for and select Accidental touch protection. Tap the switch next to Accidental touch protection to turn this feature on. Now you can have peace of mind throughout the day.
