Multiple people are reporting this issue but why Samsung is not providing any solution..?

This issue is not new in Samsung S series devices .
Previeously the same issue was also their on S6 , S7 , S8 & in Note series phone .
This issue arises with display flex cable problem.
The only solution is to change the display .
