Ofcourse snapdragon is better overall but you picked a particular case of 865 vs 2100 which is funny cause there is a generation gap and 2100 matches with snapdragon 888 not 865

I won't recommend both for exclusive gaming purpose. There are other gaming phones out there in this budget. However, if you want good allrounder phones, both are good.
