S20+ calling and recieving problem

It happened early may update I believe..the both ends of the caller and receiver are not able to listen the voice..I tried checking the microphone by recording something it works fine...tried some online solutions it worked for some calls but it didn't eliminate the problem completely...need some help regarding this problem I'm facing..

Are you facing the problem with volte calls or wifi calls?

Volte calls mainly I guess...WiFi calling do you mean like Skype and WhatsApp calling then it works perfectly well..

No, I meant normal phone calls but over wifi. You will see a small receiver icon with wifi signal radiating out in the status bar if you are connected to wifi and dialed a number. Calls are generally crystal clear with it.

Lol I just checked it up my S20+ doesnt have WiFi calling option..what to do?

Which operator do you have? I have used both Airtel and Jio, they both support wifi calling. But, you must connect to a broadband via wifi to make a wifi call.

Go to settings, connections. If you don't see this option, then your operator is to blame.
