S20 Ultra Heating issue

Hi Members,

Anyone facing heating issue in S20 Ultra. Whenever I use camera app for 3-4 mins continously than phone starts heating up. Anyone facing similar issue. Just try using front camera for 5 mins or more and share your observations. @Admin I hope you yourself can check it

Check problem reported by other users. Everyone is facing this issue. Actually Samsung is playing with Indian users by giving Exynos chip. Companies uses inhouse chips to enhance performance of their products. in case of Samsung performance is getting degraded. They know that once user will but it they will not be able to do anything. Even resale value of Samsung phones are worst. If you want to upgrade even to Samsung phone they will offer you such a negligible price that you will not do it(Exceptions for those who have enough money). l wanted to upgrade to Note Ultra but even on Samsung shop they offered me 37K for a six months old S20 Ultra phone. i tried with iPhone 11 which was approx 1.5 years used and they offered 34K. First of all iPhone 11 is 60K phone and S20 Ultra is 1 Lakh phone. So you can check how much Samsung cares for customers. When I raised this to Write to CEO portal, I got a general reply and feedback has been noted. Even after 2 months i didn't got a single reply. Generally if you raise a case to Companies CEO you will atleast get a positive revert bit in case of Samsung they even didn't bothered to reply. If you have raised a issue to CEO and you are getting a general reply from Customer Support team than why this portal is mentioned as "Write to CEO", it should be renamed to Write to Customer Support. Worst ever experience from a company who name them as best innovation and live for customers.

bro, not only s20 ultra but every single samsung device with exynos chip set is facing this issue. when we use camera app it just start melting the phone and battery goes down very fast. yeah it's a chipset problem and it can't be resolved.

I am surprised you are realising this after 7 months. All Samsung phones from this year running on Exynos 990 have overheating issue. Outside temp is 21 degrees and phone is at 34 degrees. This is after disabling all background activities and data access and running it in optimised battery mode. Can't even read books, articles or watch videos. Games are out of question.
