Galaxy Sthat kind of apps are put much more load on camera for shutter speed and iso etc... that cemera sensor just heated up...
and because of so much heating, system close it immediately...
if you are using any 3rd party camera 📷 app... just uninstall it... if it was Cracked virsion....
and if you still facing issues... Go to SAMSUNG'S OFFICIAL SERVICE CENTER..

Galaxy Safter crossing that, your battery's health going to decrease and it was drained fast and also charged up fast... and also low health of battery has more resistance so it Heating while using and charging it..
you have to replace it...
and don't use your phone while charging...
at that time your battery also charging and discharging so it can affect your device's battery 🔋 health..

Galaxy SSteps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.
if still same problem persist then do visit service centre
