May you installed some 3rd party camera app, that affects your system camera app..

that kind of apps are put much more load on camera for shutter speed and iso etc... that cemera sensor just heated up...

and because of so much heating, system close it immediately...

if you are using any 3rd party camera 📷 app... just uninstall it... if it was Cracked virsion....

and if you still facing issues... Go to SAMSUNG'S OFFICIAL SERVICE CENTER..

Thanks 👍

Dear, I am not using any 3rd party app. And I have got this info from several users of S20 and they are facing same problem. Let me ask you, S20 ultra has 5000 mAh battery, as per you what should be the battery backup if you are using your phone in battery savings mode, keeping all apps in sleeping or Deep sleeping mode. Only 6-7 Hrs. And this is not with me. Every Indian version of S20 Ultra has this problem. If I use same settings and apps with US version having Snapdragon than there is 30% improvement in performance.

You may facing Problem of end of battery 🔋 Cycle... Your battery has limited number of charge and discharge...

after crossing that, your battery's health going to decrease and it was drained fast and also charged up fast... and also low health of battery has more resistance so it Heating while using and charging it..

you have to replace it...
and don't use your phone while charging...
at that time your battery also charging and discharging so it can affect your device's battery 🔋 health..

thanks 👍
