S20 Ultra Battery drain, autofocus issue and overheating

I switched from IPhone to Samsung. That's my big mistake that I realized now.

This S20 Ultra Exynos has poor battery and heating issues. It last only 3 hrs of screen time on 120 Hz with HD+. 

In Medium Power saving mode it last only 4 hrs of screen time.

Autofocus is very worst. Even 5cm objects are not focusing.

Using iPhone for more than 5 hrs. There is no such complain abt battery and heat issue. 

My first ever Samsung device I bought is failure. 

Refund or replace the device with Snapdragon.
