S20 Fe 5G Software Bug update - Touch Issues & Proximity sensor issues

Dear Samsung, 

You are monthly giving security patch update is on time. But at the same time, major bugs like touch issues, proximity sensor issues has to be addressed immediately. Because its affecting the regular day usage and gives bad experience for the users. Please address the basis bug issues with immediate effectfor the users to get better experience. Even when i type this posting also, minimum 15 touches missed. Please address immediately

Same issue i am also facing . And now a days phone is getting heated also.

Can you please try clear cache of the keyboard application and try again?

Yes i cleared cache, now i see difference but not 100 percent. May be i shall check and update in couple of days after the usage

Yep.. few observations are this is happening with fast charging ..and even for some time after charger unplugged..

But samsung touch experience should be good, maybe if they fix this bug as early has possible

Also the touch sensitive also is having mild less sensitive

For me like that no issues. Check for the current screen guard in ur mobile. Actually i did factory reset, after that heating issues gone. One time u do factory reset
