S20 FE overheating Solved

Yesterday I am visiting the service center again check the service center person my phone temperature 46'c that person told 48'c is default normal heat no issues with convenience me.

I am tell to now hardest and Safe mode not working 

I Request one time flashing my phone fight to service center person after the flashing my phone now working fine

Still not I am facing the heating issues and battery draining issues

Please note My feedback service center person not the any step in take this problem only convenience me also I am flight then only flashing my phone Software after the problem Solved

My Samsung S20 FE is Facing Battery Draining issue with the overheating issue . Please solve this problem or else exchange the hardware.

Hi i bought a samsung S10 fe 4g edition on 4_04_2021 from an samsung smart Cafe based out in mumbai and the phone is having heating issues. While using it the phone gets heated up on the top part and near the camera area and after some time the apps just closes by itself saying the phone is overheated and have to keep the phone idle for sometime.

Even I checked online and have come to know that multiple customers are having the same problem and is the problem with the processor is what experts are commenting.I am no more willing to keep this phone and is their any way I can change this phone and get upgraded to the new 5g version of this as it comes with a different processor .

Is their anyway you can help me out.

Indeed, i switched to S20Fe from my Oneplus 6 and I'm regretting it.

Guys I went to the service center and I told them that I don't want this phone due to heating issue.
The service center some what understood my prob and packed the phone and told me to submit the phone to any smasung smart Cafe and either get a replacement or buy whatever phone I like either of the equivalent amount or pay additional and get upgraded model.So I bought s20 fe 5g which is working perfectly

All of you can submit the phone to service center with in 14 days of ur invoice date and yes its a samsung policy

I am Facing overheating issues and I am unable to use basic apps like WhatsApp. During important video calls. It always shuts due to overheating. Very very disappointed.

Just bought an S20 FE last month. The phone overheats a lot. Apps like Duo and WhatsApp video calls is unusable. Phone heats up and closes the apps. Please don't make me regret spending 40k on this phone. That too when the Snapdragon version is just about to launch. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

I also feel it's been a big mistake to buy this phone. it's have lot of heating & battery drain issues.
Really Samsung it's your flagship killer product keep it up one day you'll out of the market.like blackberry & nokia

I have the same issue with my samsung galaxy s20 fe over heating.i visited 3times to samsung care but no solution they have. They told me have to change motherboard but it was not available to them. Please solve my problem otherwise .....
