After that I have reviewed why it is happening so later found out it only happens when my phone is connected to any blootooth device ( watch or neckband handsfree)
So i can say if i turn off blootooth, wifi will work perfectly. I have reviewed for 1 week and no issue. When I start connecting blootooth, then wifi randomly disconnect.

P.s I'm used this device in os 12 and it is working fine, after updating to 13 os I started facing WiFi disconnect issue.
The issue is with your router. All your Bluetooth and wifi devices are connected on 2.4ghz so due to interference this will happen. Either connect on 5ghz and if you don't have it in current router then time to change the router.
