Don't use 5g. Limit refresh rate to 60hz through modes and routine apps.

That doesn't make sense, only this Instagram is having a heating issue while using it.

thats why limiting refresh rate to 60hz only for insta can help reduce heating issues. that can be done through modes and routines. give it a try

I also have S20 FE mine heat up alot specially now a days in summer at some point can't hold in hand cause of heat
