S10 lite display issues

My 4 day old s10 lite has tons of display issues, like slight color banding, green tint at low brightness, black crush at low brightness and even black smearing in dark mode, this is my second  unit so apparently replacing the device doesn't help, is anyone else facing the same issue?

is it hardware related or software problem previously i was using op7t which had this issue so i sold it for this but still issue there

I thought of moving to a new phone...but it seems its waste now...and still not clear whether its hardware or software issue...its been 2 months on my note8

these youtubers are also so confusing...some say it as hardware and some as software issue..And I think lcd panel is only available in iphone if u wanted a good premium device that too with 8plus the latest and the se2...rest others are coming with either Samsung or LG OLEDs nowadays
