S10 battery replacement

Hi all,

Even after replacing battery in S10 still the Samsung members apps showing battery weak.

Any one has ever faced this kind of issue ?

Don't think so...i came to know that they hv stopped making battery of this model.
Will be difficult to find that, and if you get that will have manufacturing date of 2020.

Yeah, I have faced this issue for many samsung products. Im early user of samsung buying its products from 2011. But their after service has become pathetic. I think it's time to stop buying samsung. Switching to iphone now

You should,even their customer service is worst. I have complaint multiple times after changing my battery but no resolution as of now.

Btw which device u r using? And what is the SOT?

It's s10. Around 3 hrs hardly

After battery replacement, it is 3.20. for me earlier also it was near to that

I think you should File complaint against Samsung in court for not providing good services.
