Why the S Voice feature doesn't act on command after getting started by wake-up command on my galaxy S6, can anybody suggest a solution?

Unfortunately, Samsung has discontinued support for S Voice from 1 June, 2020. https://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_s_voice_to_be_discontinued_on_june_1-news-42595.php

Check if your device supports Bixby or Google Assistant. They are possibly alternatives.
