Then it affects warranty..

So don't enable that two features.

+ Enabling that two option may make your device uncertified.

I don't know anything about OEM. What is OEM?

Above too used by advance users.

Like installing other rom, checking logs,. modifying apps.

Above two options are part of developers option.

Better is always disable developer options, once you check it.
