why 2nd wait of 1:00min is not working, WiFi is turning ON as soon as WeChat is opened in previous step, it should wait 1:00min before turning WiFi ON !

I am not able to understand, but I can see in this screenshot that you've set "wait before next action 2" as 01:00 and "wait before next action 3" as 00:01. Maybe it's related to this.

Note the position of 1 in these set timers.

this 1 and 2 nos. Routine generating , suffixes itself, not by me.

by the way, this very phone we are posting from...has got 'hell lot of China" under its skin!
