Dear sir. Recently updated new version of OneUlversion 7.0. Now I'm facing very bad experience. Phone automatically restarting and also facing stuck at the time of usage. 2 days before phone automatically restarted after that I put my password but that time same issue faced automatically restarting. Then i reached Samsung authorised service centre. They completely reboot my phone and they told me to use. I lost my data also. After that just now I'm faced same restart issue and phone automatically go to reboot option. Then i visited service centre. Now they told me that if thier is an motherboard issue so these type of restarting process happens. suggest me what kind of issues. Kindly do needful🙏

I also have the same problem after updating the phone and this is the tricks of SAMSUNG. And i also have told to change the motherboard . Easy to say. Buy a phone with 15k and then change the motherboard with 8.5k with 1 or 2 year.

Same issue now I'm facing. Already service team said that they can't do anything for this issue. Because they told me that this is a motherboard issue also they told me it is out of warranty phone you should paid for service. But this is not my fault this is happened only after updation of new version. Now i feel Samsung was worst smartphone. Huge money spending for Samsung is waste. This is my last phone. Now onwards i will change my smartphone to other brand🥹🙏
