Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I have been facing with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus (IMEI: ) after installing the official One UI 7 software update (approximately 4.5 GB) about 15 days ago.

After the update, my phone started hanging frequently and began restarting on its own. On 20th June 2025, I visited the Authorized Samsung Service Center – Shree Ram Krishna Enterprises. I was charged ₹236, and the software update was reinstalled. However, the issue still persists.

When I revisited the service center, I was informed that the device would need to be opened for further inspection. I would like to mention that my phone is no longer under warranty, but the issue only began after the official update provided by Samsung.

Therefore, I would like to know:

Who will be held responsible if any internal damage occurs while opening the phone?

Who is accountable for resolving the issue, considering it was caused by an official software update and not due to any physical or accidental damage?

Despite the phone being out of warranty, I believe Samsung should take responsibility for problems that arise from its own updates.

I request a clear explanation and a prompt resolution in this matter.

Best regards,

After my this mail they response me

I'm not satisfied this answer. What's your thoughts on this? Samsung should take responsibility for problems.
