Hello,

Today morning 11th of july 2022, all of sudden my phone showing green vertical line.

Can anyone please suggest me what to do with this issue, I tried restarting which couldn't resolved.

I bought this phone 2 years back and never dropped or never in contact with water.

Last week on 5th of july there was one security update, which I updated.

This is smart answer from samsung.I have same issue and I visited 2 service center but they told me that your phone has little scratches in border...
My question is if someone has using this mobile last 1.5 years and how can he keep his phone without tear and wear. ?
My phone is very minor scratch.no drop.no any damage..After Android 12 update it's happen suddenly.Than where is my mistake...STOP this nonsense.
People not stupid. Wait and watch..what will happen with samsung soon...

Today Just An Hour Ago suddenly Got Green Line On my s20+ Display , without any damage or anything even i haven't touched my phone when I unlocked suddenly saw a green line on Display, I was a **bleep** lover of samsung but now I think the worst company...
I tried calling customer care but no help

It is exact 2 years+1 Day now of my Samsung S20 Plus. A bug from Samsung after an update green vertical lines started to appear day 1 it was 1 vertical line followed by day 2 with 2 vertical line. I visited samsung store they told they will replace the display under following condition:
1. No dents/scratches on the phone(I do not know if someone can be soo careful with their phone that they have not dropped a single time during their usage) if so I have no idea why samsung claims gorilla glass this is soo daam funny.
2. Even if you keep your phone like a baby with fresh new look with no scratches they will perform some test and then they go for display replacement which will even take 15 to 20 working days as per the service center engineer which is ridiculous when you go for such a premium phones and they name it as Flagship variants.
Everyone knows how long a low or mid variant phones last and this started with premium phones as well.
Do not fall for samsung instead go for apple and stay safe if you have a high budget and there are plenty of options available other then Samsung for low or mid variants.
I always prefered Samsung premium variants and change every 3 updates but this is a live proof samsung puts a bug into your phones which forces to buy a new one.

Why dont we all move to consumer forum against Samsung? I’m facing the same issue. 50k is not a small sum and we do not deserve to be treated like this.
