I'm experiencing a serious issue with my Samsung Galaxy S23. A green line and pink line has suddenly appeared on the display, This issue occurred without any physical damage, water exposure, of the device. as I've noticed other users reporting similar issues on various forums. After updating software I got this issue I visited service center they checked and told me there is no physical damage
I kindly request Samsung to address this natter urgently.
I got a call from Samsung care they told it is out of warranty so not possible for screen replacement
I visited the service center, and the representatives confirmed that multiple users have reported the same issue on the same day,
However, I was informed that the device is out of warranty, and replacement is not being offered unless Samsung approves it directly

Why samsung is providing free screen resplendent for s22 and 21 series if there is no problem in update
There is no issue in Phone for past 2 year after updating Phone is getting overhead and cause this issue
What's the solution for that
We should not update the software or we have to update our Phone

S23 Green line and pink line issue and How I got the free screen replacement
These are the steps I followed which worked for me,
Strangely I got the green line a week before One UI 7.0 update. Jun update i got green line in July security patch i got pink line I took it to the service center, they denied free replacement and asked 8800 Rs for S23 base screen change.
In twitter @**SamsungIndia** DM about the green line issue in my device and i mailed to support.india@******.com
They replied and got my contact details. I got a call from Samsung executive, he asked about the issue in detail and he refused to do replacement.
Two day later, I received a call from a SS Customer Experience manager, He asked me the details and mail me your invoice.
I replied with invoice then he asked me to take the mobile to service center to create a Job Sheet Number(Service Request No) for my device. I have got the Job sheet Num in WhatsApp. No need to pay anything for this.
Next day, the Manager called and said that the claim request is approved for free display but the labor charge for the repair should be borne by me. That is ₹650. I said ok and got confirmation mail I hand overed the mobile on Saturday afternoon, they created new Job id
I paid the ₹650 and got the device after 5 days because the stock was not readily available. Nothing happened to the data in the device, when you handover the device please ensure to give it in maintenance mode for data safety.
