Request for Free Screen Replacement for Green Line Issue After Update – Samsung

I'm experiencing a serious issue with my Samsung Galaxy S23. A green line and pink line has suddenly appeared on the display, This issue occurred without any physical damage, water exposure, of the device. as I've noticed other users reporting similar issues on various forums. After updating software I got this issue I visited service center they checked and told me there is no physical damage 
I kindly request Samsung to address this natter urgently.

I got a call from Samsung care they told it is out of warranty so not possible for screen replacement 
I visited the service center, and the representatives confirmed that multiple users have reported the same issue on the same day, 
However, I was informed that the device is out of warranty, and replacement is not being offered unless Samsung approves it directly

I software issue should be resolved with a software update not screen replacement.

Samsung S23 uses an AMOLED display, which is more sensitive to temperature and voltage Overheating can damage the display’s internal layers, leading to green/pink lines or display striping.


2. Post-CPU Overload
After a software update, if the phone starts heating more than usual (due to background processing or bugs), the increased internal temperature may put stress on the display hardware.

My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you will get positive reply try

My phone purchase date 22.2.22 and now three year complete now green line come 30.07.2025 update
