Regarding wrong invoive recieved from flipkart.

Recently I have updated my samsung s21fe and got a green line on my device. 
I have brought this device from flipkart 3 years back.
When i went to the samsung service centre for the green line issue then they have asked me for the invoice , at that time i came to know that i had revieved a wrong invoice from flipkart. Then i contacted flipkart for the same and they've asked me for the jobsheet from the service centre ,i have provided them with the same the very next day. Then after 4-5 days i got a call from flipkart that it was not possible for them to provide the original invoice so they asked me to return my device and they will do full refund of the device.
Will it be okay to do the same or else will I land up in some trouble.

Keep record of all the conversations and make a video proof of return of phone. So, better safe than sorry.

After 3 years, is flipkart giving you full refund of brought item ??
Do it get your refund if are offered the same
Its actually impossible but ....I dont think they will provide a full refund .

You should take all the proofs to the product you are returning for a safer side .
See everything could happen to the smartphone you are returning
And it has been activated by your SIM card.
So be carefull about taking those proofs .

That's the problem with buying mobile in on line we don't get invoice i got free replacement for my s22 mobile

We get invoice With Gst also but you have to download from Flipkart app😂
