Regarding battery issues with one ui 6

Hello folks if you are facing battery issues with one ui 6 or performance issues like lags and jitters, I request you to perform following 

1. Factory data reset.

Samsung has provided a feature to backup all data temporarily into account for 30 days so you can use this feature and backup data if you don't have and reset your device. 

It's advisable to do a reset after major OS updates.

2. Clear cache partition. 

If you don't have time to perform reset or can't do that at particular moment then at least clear cache partition in recovery mode. That can be done with the help of pc.

3. Install good guardian modules

You can install good guardian modules like thermal guardian one which will help to prevent excessive heating.

You can install apk using Google Chrome.

It is not advisable to reset phone after every update

because thats never mentioned anywhere and not productive to reset everything.
In modern times reset is not required that will defeat the purpose of OTA update.

it's upto you after every major OS update I do perform reset and clear cache partition after every 6 months.

I mean its what you choose to do on your own will but no phone manufacturer suggest to do this
